- Format your USB stick with a FAT32 file system
- Unpack the ZIP file and place the content on a USB disk.
- Plug the USB stick to the back panel USB port.
- Power on,
- Press the Power Key on the front panel after you see “USB”on the display. Then the display shows “Flash”
- When done the box will boot up on its own.
- Remove usb stick once boot has completed.
How to flash a Zgemma I55 IPTV device.

- Format your USB stick with a FAT32 file system
- Unpack the ZIP file and place the content on a USB disk.
- Change the name of the file 'Noforce' to 'force' and disconnect the stick.
- Plug the USB stick to the USB port at the right side of the I55.
- Power on the box,
- The Red led on the front lights once. After about 2 min it light again.
- When done the box will boot up on its own.
- Remove usb stick once boot has completed.
- After you have configured the basic things like Language, video and lan you choose to download plugins.
- Basically the only plugin you need is RemoteStreamConvert to let the I55 do his job.
How to flash Zgemma H7S/C/AC

- Use a USB stick with FAT32 format.
- Unpack the ZIP file to the USB stick.
- You should see a "zgemma" folder in the root of the USB stick.
- Power off your receiver.
- Plug the USB stick to one of the back panel USB ports. Recommended to remove all other USB connected devices.
- Power on
- Immediately after power on PRESS AND HOLD the front power button behind front flap.
- The display will show boot, USB, FLSH. Once FLSH is displayed you can release (stop pressing) the button.
- Wait, when "boot" is displayed you can remove the USB stick
How to flash Zgemma H8

- Unpack the just downloaded image on a FAT32 formatted USB stick.
- Place the USB stick in the box while the box is powered off.
- Turn on the device at the back and immediately push and hold the power button on the RC.
- After 10 sec or so you can notice (blinking logo) that the image is being flashed.
- As soon as the flashing succeeded the box boots and you can start to configure the box.
- If you have a proper backup on the stick the box restores all settings and will run like before.
- As mentioned above, in case a backup is on the stick preferable you leave it in the box.
- Enjoy your just flashed image.

How to flash Zgemma H9S/T and H9.2S/2H

- Use a USB stick with FAT32 format.
- Unpack the ZIP file to the USB stick.
- You should see a "h9" folder in the root of the USB stick.
- Power off the receiver.
- Plug the USB stick to one of the back panel USB ports. Recommended to remove all other USB connected devices.
- Power the receiver on whilst holding down the REAR RESET BUTTON
- Once the front Air Digital display logo start to flash White/Red, release the rear reset button and wait, your receiver is now being flashed.
- If successful the receiver will reboot it self after the flashing process has completed.
- Remove USB stick
How to flash Zgemma H9 Combo/Twin

- Download both the recovery_emmc and emmc zip file from the OpenPli website
- Do NOT unpack these files but copy these zip files to your USB stick.
- Place USB in the box while power off.
- Turn on the device at the back en PRESS AND HOLD the POWER BUTTON on THE REMOTE until the recovery menu appears
- Now flash the recovery_emmc zip first
- Repeat procedure and flash the emmc image file to 'linux slot 1'
- After flashing, the box will restart in the recovery menu
- Remove the USB stick
- Select 'linux slot 1' to start the flashed image

- Download both the recovery_emmc and emmc zip file from the OpenPli website
- Do NOT unpack these files but copy these zip files to your USB stick.
- Place USB in the box while power off.
- Turn on the device at the back en PRESS AND HOLD the POWER BUTTON on THE REMOTE until the recovery menu appears
- Now flash the recovery_emmc zip first
- Repeat procedure and flash the emmc image file to 'linux slot 1'
- After flashing, the box will restart in the recovery menu
- Remove the USB stick
- Select 'linux slot 1' to start the flashed image

- Place USB in the box while power off.

- Now flash the recovery_emmc zip first
- Repeat procedure and flash the emmc image file to 'linux slot 1'
- After flashing, the box will restart in the recovery menu
- Remove the USB stick
- Select 'linux slot 1' to start the flashed image
How to flash Zgemma H11

- Download both the recovery_emmc and an image file from the OpenPli website
- Only unpack the recovery image on the stick but NOT the image file. Leave it packed..
- Place USB in the box while the box is powered off.
- Turn on the device at the back and push and hold the power button on the RC.
- Depending the stick you use you can actually see that the recovery image is flashed.
- As soon as the flashing succeeded the box starts in the recovery mode.
- Now you can flash the actual image in one of four available slots.
- Remove the USB stick. Not actually necessary as it can be used to create backups etc.
- Select the slot you prefer to start the just flashed image.
