Look and feel changes:

• As always many translation/language improvements, thanks to all the translators!
• Fixed "LcdSkinSelector" for 3rd party skins
• Modify scaling algorithm
  • The embedded skin can now be scaled to any resolution. The bias to HD skins and higher has been removed.
  • The embedded skin was designed as a HD skin so the scaling factor is set to match this resolution and is hence set to 720.
