Although a SetTopBox (STB) isn't a media player most media files can be played. These files can be played using Gstreamer. Gstreamer isn't something you have to select or install, the only thing you have to do is go to the file you want to be played and press '''OK''' or use the '''Play'''' button on your remote control and the file will start playing. To access your media files use the remote control, as most remote controls have a button like '''PVR, Playlist, Recording list, Media''' or something that points to playing recorded files. These names are chosen, as it is a STB (SetTopBOX) and thus meant to play recordings and not all kind of media files. If you want to read more about [[GStreamer | <span style="color:SteelBlue">'''Gstreamer'''</span>]] follow the link.
